- Do general Secretary duties, assist Director in handling expenses report, booking ticket and handling traveling inquiries, create a presentation in powerpoint.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Overseeing daily transactions associated with the secretary department.
- Holds min. Bachelor degree in any field
- Having min. 4 years working experience as secretary/ personal assistant
- Good communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Good command in English
- Attention to detail, assertive, proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
- Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, Excel, SAP, etc
- Commercial and Business awareness
- Working location in West Jakarta
